Our Rooms, Suites, and Services

Posada Arigalan consists of the main building with six guest rooms, and a second building with three suites, each on a separate floor.

Every room and suite has either a patio or balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea. Just outside each door there are a comfortable chaise lounge and a shaded hammock to while away the hours. Every room and suite at Posada Arigalan has a large 6-foot x 7-foot glass viewing entrance with French doors that can open to the fresh ocean breeze. All have private baths with showers, air conditioning and a fan, bedside lamps, a wet bar, and a small refrigerator.

Our rooms and suites are numbered in the language of the Zapotecs, the original inhabitants of this region of Mexico. (We use English numbers too!)

Rooms 1-6 are on the first floor of the main building. Each room has its own patio, partially screened by ivy-laden trellises. The lush greenery makes it hard to spot the rooms in this photo, but it offers some privacy without detracting from the fabulous views. In the lower building to the left are Suites 7-9.
